Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft paint application and/or on special processes related to paint application
  • You have experience in the Aerospace industry
  • You have strong leadership, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
  • You have experience intervene with supplier
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You have flexible, available and you are able to travel locally and internationally, sometimes with short notice

Responsibilities

  • Perform source inspection at the supplier to evaluate the quality of systems components
  • Lead quality review with suppliers
  • Request detail corrective actions to the supplier for repetitive issues
  • Evaluate the overall quality supplier performance
  • Initiate corrective actions request for repetitive issues
  • Provide visibility on the open actions & follow-up to management.
  • Travel regularly to perform audits at suppliers’ facilities
