Who we're looking for Toyota Production Engineering Division's Central Business Operations Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst - Production Engineering. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the workforce planning activities and resource allocation for the MFG pillar, including MBO and PE divisions and the NAMC's This position will report to the CBO Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience in organizational planning
  • At least 3 years of Toyota experience
  • Experience in labor / workforce planning, including reporting and analysis of labor force information

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Toyota Production Engineering or Manufacturing role
  • TBP Completion through Panel
  • At least 3 years of SAP Experience
  • At least 2 years of Workday Experience specifically in reporting and data collection
  • Working experience with Microsoft Power BI (including data importation, slicer manipulation, report creation, and troubleshooting)

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis and forecasting for labor force needs across the manufacturing enterprises
  • Reporting and analysis, including defining KPI metrics, of professional services
  • Organizational change support including position management for Manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies related to workforce management and position control.
  • Partner with various departments, including HR and Talent Acquisition, to align hiring plans with business needs and budget targets.
