Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable adapting to new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Support daily promotional operations, including tracking updates, organizing inputs, and validating offer details.
  • Assist with new and ad-hoc requests, helping the team respond quickly to emerging needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with Marketing, Product, Finance, Measurement & Insights, and other teams.
  • Maintain and update documentation for promotions, timelines, and process workflows.
  • Ensure accuracy and readiness for promotional launches, including verifying requirements and supporting execution steps.
  • Prepare status updates, recaps, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Help monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to support smooth operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support evolving team priorities.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
