About The Position

Comcast Advertising is a division of Comcast that drives the TV advertising industry forward by delivering ads to linear and digital audiences and pioneering ad tech. They help brands connect with audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Their media sales division assists local, regional, and national brands in reaching potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising, while their ad tech division, FreeWheel, provides comprehensive adtech for buying and selling premium video advertising. The Analyst Portfolio Management role is responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting as an independent contributor. This role also involves providing financial data and maintaining/updating financial models and plans, reporting financial analysis to senior management to support functional business objectives. The position works with moderate guidance in its area of knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned.
  • Gathers analysis and creates reports.
  • Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
  • Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
  • Maintains statistical/financial databases.
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
