About The Position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, delivering ads to linear and digital audiences and pioneering the technology that makes it possible. They help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Their media sales division assists local, regional, and national brands in reaching potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising, while their ad tech division, FreeWheel, provides comprehensive adtech for buying and selling premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. The Analyst Portfolio Management role is responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting as an independent contributor. This position also involves providing a variety of financial data and maintaining and updating financial models and plans. The analyst reports financial analysis to senior management to support functional business objectives and works with moderate guidance in their area of knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned
  • Gathers analysis and creates reports
  • Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned
  • Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends
  • Maintains statistical/financial databases
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
