About The Position
The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.
- All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigations
- Analyzing the affairs of Pharmacy Benefits Managers
- Organizing and mining data in an effective and secure manner
- Preparing reports and other presentation materials for administrative hearings
- Assist in the research and development of new investigations.
- Other duties as assigned
