About The Position

Bolton is seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Services Analyst to join our Retirement Services team. In this role, you will support the administration of retirement plans by maintaining accurate participant data, assisting with benefit-related inquiries, and helping ensure high standards of service and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting clients and plan participants in a fast-paced professional environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, service center operations, and/or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for work quality and timeliness.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with retirement plan filings such as Form 5500 (Schedules MB or SB).

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry related to retirement plan administration.
  • Convert and validate data between Adobe (PDF) and Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and formatting integrity.
  • Respond to participant inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide Service Center coverage, documenting interactions and following established procedures.
  • Track tasks, timelines, and updates within internal systems and escalate issues when needed.
  • Contribute to team goals related to quality, timeliness, and customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality of participant data and follow compliance procedures.
