This role will have responsibility for analyzing the total supply pipeline (production & materials) and anticipating and resolving short term issues/ opportunities for specific brand product groups. This role will analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan to ensure that customer requirements and service levels are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of planning
  • Experience in excel
  • High learning agility for systems and and tools
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement continuous process improvements

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in planning is a plus
  • Logility, Kinaxis, PowerBI, SQL a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the total supply pipeline (production & materials) and anticipating and resolving short term issues/ opportunities for specific brand product groups
  • Analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan to ensure that customer requirements and service levels are achieved
  • Analyze supply plan to validate demand match with customer service requirements and urgently resolve constraints
  • Analyze inventory performance metrics to drive improvements and alignment against brand inventory policies
  • Analyze integrity of supply plans to ensure systemic and process driven support of supply strategies
  • Create and communicate detailed executable supply plans (production plans, buy plans, materials requirements)
  • Follow up and ensure execution of supply plan (PO, cut maintenance,) to manage service expectations
  • Advocate timely customer fulfillment by resolving any product flow constraints
  • Perform other duties as assigned while supporting the above key responsibilities
