As an Analyst, Operations in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will load both carrier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable contracted rates, including linehaul, fuel and accessorial charges, into various Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You will work as part of a leveraged team supporting the Managed Transportation Rates Management Group. What your day-to-day will look like: Receive and manage support requests in Jira Research and verify that Rate, Fuel and Accessorial agreements meet critical requirements, including revenue type, prior to loading Load complex rate agreements using various methods (manual, CSV and the upload template) into the TMS system and complete the end-to-end testing process Identify rating problems and initiate solutions to ensure proper invoicing for both carrier AP and customer AR; collaborate and support Procurement, Operations, FBAP and Transportation invoicing with rating questions and issues that require root cause analysis Interpret and execute tariff and contract applications for various modes of transportation, including LTL, TL, Intermodal, Ocean, Air, Small Package and Rail (domestic and international applications) Review contractual data prior to signature for deficiencies, and resolve discrepancies Generate monthly metrics based on objectives and goals, and work to exceed KPIs and service levels Perform weekly maintenance and calculation of fuel surcharges in the 2 TMS systems What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics It’d be great if you also have: Experience managing or planning parcel shipments Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience supporting Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including Oracle Transportation Management and Skipjack Supply Chain Project management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with peers and internal and external clients Does this sound like you?
