JOB SCOPE: The Analyst — National Account Operations supports the National Account Operations team by coordinating processes, monitoring operational performance, and assisting with day-to-day execution for national account customers. This role focuses on operational support, issue resolution, customer coordination, and internal alignment to ensure contractual commitments and service expectations are met. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, structured processes, and supporting complex customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years working in operations and/or experience in the trucking industry, rental or customer service environments.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and support cross-functional analytics initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy, problem-solving ability, and a passion for deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • Must be able to get in as well as underneath a trailer
  • Walking up and down flights of stairs as necessary as well as walking the yard
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) and experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Operations team in managing the day-to-day operational needs of assigned national account customers.
  • Assist with onboarding new national accounts, including coordination of internal teams, documentation, and system setup.
  • Monitor operational activity related to fleet availability, maintenance coordination, billing support, and service execution.
  • Help ensure national account commitments are executed consistently across branch locations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (branch operations, maintenance, billing, sales) regarding national account requirements and expectations.
  • Support preparation and follow-up for customer meetings, including agendas, notes, and action items.
  • Assist with responding to customer inquiries and escalations by coordinating internally to drive timely resolution.
  • Assist in ensuring national account contracts, pricing structures, and service terms are properly communicated and supported operationally.
  • Help monitor adherence to service-level expectations and contractual guidelines.
  • Support invoice review processes and help resolve discrepancies in coordination with billing teams.
  • Maintain documentation related to national account processes, operating procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Support the implementation of standardized processes across branches to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Assist with tracking open issues, follow-ups, and operational action items to completion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and coordination within National Account Operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service consistency, and customer satisfaction.
