About The Position

We are seeking an Analyst to support the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) application and its users. This role requires strong functional and technical understanding of the IFS MWM platform, business processes, and system capabilities to provide expert support, implement system changes, manage upgrades, and ensure application stability. The Analyst will also partner with operational teams to provide advanced reporting and analytics to drive smarter decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) or similar workforce management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of application development support, system configuration, and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases (functional, performance, security).
  • Experience with Incident and Change Management, including ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data transformation, and reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics/visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to document and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure during critical upgrade cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) application by implementing system enhancements, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate system changes across multiple environments (functional, performance, and security testing).
  • Troubleshoot issues, document test results, and ensure smooth deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide configuration and user support by responding to incidents, ServiceNow cases, and change requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage end-to-end dataflow processes to ensure accurate reporting and consistent data availability across the organization.
  • Perform data transformation and conversion activities to meet evolving reporting needs.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize requests, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication throughout issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with succession and transition activities for onboarding new hires and supporting team transitions during upgrades.
