Job Details Summary: Under general direction of the Director, GPO Membership and Strategy, manages duties relating to GPO contracts and eligibility. This position is responsible for understanding Membership, system configuration, contract terms, conditions and monitoring and reporting on contracts goals.

Requirements

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, sales, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of three to four years of experience
  • Excellent critical thinking ability
  • Provide strategic planning which includes identifying, communicating, and direction critical activities that will enhance operational performance
  • Understanding of GPO contract operations and sales operations
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for automation of solutions and its potential for improving departmental and inter-departmental efficiency
  • Demonstrated history of high-level support to a business manager
  • Superior analytical skills relative to data analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills: attention to detail with proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent integration, implementation and management skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate change
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team including lead role
  • Ability to use technical skills to lead an analytic and systematic approach to issue resolution

Nice To Haves

  • recent GPO Membership Operations, GPO Operations, Intermediate Salesforce knowledge, and/or pharmacy contracting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implements, processes, tracks and maintains contractual agreements, including contract review and redline
  • Manages roster and alignment quality control
  • Validates and performs eligibility analysis of roster or baseline files received from pharma partners and implements and manages subsequent system changes
  • Configures data import files for record changes in Salesforce
  • Prepares weekly progress reports and meets with manager regularly
  • Implements and performs QC of rebate records and rebate opportunities
  • Identifies system development opportunities, manages system development input, testing, and data validation
  • Configures salesforce object data for automation needs of Membership
  • Implements process changes as a result of new contracts and contract changes
  • Manages and Configures onboard reviews to update and collaborate with internal stakeholders of onboard needs and progress in order to effectively meet deadlines
  • Identifies, creates, implements, and maintains needed alerts and reporting needs for Membership and Membership Analyst teams
  • Identifies, creates, implements and maintains quality control of workflow to ensure all processes are being followed
  • Creates and manages roster publications
  • Performs related duties assigned
