Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty industries
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with demonstrated ability in dashboard development, complex calculations, and data source integration
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics)
  • Strong analytical acumen with exceptional critical thinking skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders, measuring promotional performance and diagnosing client health across different segments
  • Lead loyalty and promotional forecasting and planning in partnership with key stakeholders, Finance, and senior leadership to drive budget accuracy and strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards and analytical tools for comprehensive business performance monitoring, optimizing data processing to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for customer loyalty programs by extracting actionable insights from client purchase data, digital data, competitive insights, and research
