You will gain broad exposure across the private equity investment lifecycle, including fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries. You’ll work closely with senior investment professionals in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship, open dialogue, and professional development—ideal for early-career professionals building a foundation in private markets investing. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant full-time experience in investing, finance, consulting, accounting, engineering, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in private equity, valuation, and financial analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; collaborative mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Accountable, professional, and values-driven
  • Team-oriented and respectful of diverse perspectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or another analytical discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent academic achievement)
  • Pre-MBA candidates only

Nice To Haves

  • CFA designation or progress toward CFA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor private equity fund managers and underlying portfolio companies
  • Support due diligence for fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions
  • Prepare historical and projected financial analyses
  • Develop investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
  • Assist with portfolio valuation, monitoring, and performance attribution
  • Maintain internal investment and portfolio databases
  • Support analytical projects related to portfolio construction, strategy, and industry trends
  • Prepare client reporting materials and participate in manager meetings
  • Support fundraising related activities including preparing presentations, case studies and market commentary
