About The Position

ANALYST INTERNSHIP - HEALTHCARE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Paid full-time internship for the summer. Opportunity for interns to gain additional experience based on summer performance. Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is hiring! We’re looking for a motivated undergraduate to join us as an ANALYST INTERN . You’ll be part of an exciting team tasked with producing the research, analysis and presentation deliverables of the company. As an Analyst Intern, your work will have a direct impact on the company by supporting the team in various deal-related projects. In this role you can expect to receive a general education and experience in commercial real estate, market research methodologies and finance. Additionally, you will receive the training and resources to work collaboratively on projects. Interns will be exposed to all levels of the company – from analyst to partner. Successful interns may have the opportunity to grow their role with the company during the school year or following summer. This is a paid internship with an expectation of 40 hours/week during the summer. Requirements

• Located in the Chicago area for the summer
• Sophomore or Junior Undergraduate
• Minimum 3.2 GPA
• Able to commit 40 hours each week during the summer
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and a team player

Nice To Haves

• Business-focused classroom experience – real estate, finance, economics
• General knowledge and interest in the seniors housing and care industry
• Classroom or prior job experience creating and leading presentations

Responsibilities

• Attend intern onboarding and training sessions to learn about the healthcare real estate niche within commercial real estate
• Assist in the development of deliverables and internal data resources (e.g. market research)
• Research and populate databases used in the evaluation of healthcare investment opportunities
• Analyze market research to support analysis production
• Assist in the creation of underwriting model or offering memorandums used in our marketing efforts
