About The Position

As the an Analyst Intern, your role will focus on helping the Televon Operations team gather client information, organize and categorize that information and address client needs. Depending on your skills and capabilities, you may take on additional responsibilities including working directly with clients on service changes and implementations, reviewing client service accounts, and improving Televon operational systems and processes. You will report directly to the Director of Operations, but will work closely with all team members, including the President of the Organization. All work is performed through a computer or over the phone. This is no requirement for travel or being on site in a physical office.

Requirements

  • The ability to work 100% of your day at a desk in a relatively quiet place (home office, library, quiet coffee shop, etc.).
  • Comfort working with data and information in a computer. If you are pretty good with math and like computers you will do well.
  • Good phone and email etiquette and a pleasant working style. We are remote company, which means we have to build relationships through our technology, both internally with team members and externally with our clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • An excitement to learn new things, take on new tasks, and grow professionally and personally.
  • An inclusive and team perspective towards those you work with, both within Televon and outside of our organization.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma and some college credits (an Associates Degree or higher is preferred)
  • Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (as demonstrated by your resume and phone interview)
