About The Position

An entry-level position responsible for performing simple or routine tasks involving testing, installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining users' hardware, software, and accounts. This position primarily provides first-level support to users and may include coordinating with other levels of the IT support model. This work requires strong communication skills, an ability to effectively interact with a broad range of end-users/clients and an ability to use a variety of technical resources for providing support.
