About The Position

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex execution errors by analyzing Orchestrator logs, audit trails, and local environment variables to identify the specific point of failure. RCA Contribution: Assist in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process by gathering data, replicating errors in the Dev/UAT environment, and identifying patterns in bot exceptions. Deployment Support: Assist in the deployment of bot packages to various environments and verify successful initialization post-deployment. Enhancements: Perform bot enhancements to improve performance, stability, or to adapt to UI changes in target applications. Process Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to reflect changes made during the enhancement process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or 6+ months of dedicated experience in UiPath. Familiarity with UiPath Studio, ReFramework, and Orchestrator (Assets, Queues, and Jobs). Foundational knowledge of VB.NET or C# and basic SQL queries. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential bot failures before they occur. Proven ability to handle multiple production incidents simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with local business units. UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification is desired. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or 6+ months of dedicated experience in UiPath.
• Familiarity with UiPath Studio, ReFramework, and Orchestrator (Assets, Queues, and Jobs).
