About The Position

The Analyst - IT Asset Management is responsible for processing requisition requests, initiating and tracking asset disposals, monitoring inventory levels and reporting activities for IT Asset Management. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• Associates degree in MIS, a similar technical program or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in inventory control or asset management experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL is preferred.
• Experience with Asset Management software and/or Inventory-Tracking systems (ability to provide recommendations for updating current system).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of asset management lifecycle practices for Information Technology is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
• Maintain consistent adherence to The Venetian Resort's Unmatched Guest Service Standards.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain and monitor Team Member ServiceNow catalog requests for IT Assets, including questions on orders and order status.
• Monitor new purchases by assessing and reviewing on-hand inventory.
• Maintain IT Stockrooms by updating inventory as needed, and maintain par levels for regularly used IT Assets. Submit requests to replenish stock when required.
• Submit Purchase or Warehouse Requisition into Stratton Warren system.
• Work with Procurement on order details, requisition status and to coordinate delivery of IT Assets with Warehouses and LVSC Mail Room.
• Process, maintain and monitor delivery of IT Assets. Ensure assets are tracked and accounted.
• Responsible for daily tracking/updating of asset inventory (includes hardware, virtual machines, software and digital certificates) in the ServiceNow Systems.
• Scan delivery of IT asset into the Asset Inventory Database.
• Support the IT asset life cycle management processes and procedures from asset receipt through disposal. Initiate IT Asset Disposal approval process, and coordinate with vendors for equipment removal.
• Track change activities of assets due to installations, movements, transfers, and removals.
• AdHoc reporting from ServiceNow using Excel - providing data needed for changes/corrections to inventory systems and records.
