About The Position

Responsible for the creation, analysis, management and distribution of
geospatial information, the GIS Analyst will work with brokers and members of
the Research and Marketing teams to produce mapping collateral and conduct
geospatial analysis. These deliverables include location analysis, demographic
analysis, multivariable heat maps, commutation analysis, 3D maps, and aerial
imagery. The team, including this position, supports sales professionals and
their clients across the country in all property types. There is flexibility
with the geographic location of this position.
