Role Responsibilities The Analyst – Financial Lead Senior, Physician Compensation plays an integral role in the timely and accurate administration of physician compensation plans. Provides analytical and consultative support to departmental and service line management and key stakeholders. Analyzes diverse sets of data including financial, operational, clinical and economic, to support strategic and operational decisions. Interprets financial or other information on costs, prices, expenses, revenues and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management. Develops analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyze the organization's short, medium, and long-term position. Provides technical support on complex analysis and may informally lead team members. Key Relationships Reports to : Director-Finance, System Services Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree is required. Degree in Finance or related field a plus. Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred. Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets. Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus. Requirements
