The Finance Transformation Analyst supports strategic initiatives that standardize, streamline, and optimize operations within finance. This role partners with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, support system implementations, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong follow-through and accountability; consistently closes the loop on commitments and action items
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to drive momentum and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive, requiring minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects
  • Analyze existing finance processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Document current and future state workflows (SOPs, process maps, controls)
  • Assist with project management activities including timelines, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder updates
  • Proactively track action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working sessions, and project checkpoints
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and rollout support
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to change management and adoption strategies
