Job Description We are seeking a Finance BTP Engineer (Analyst) to support the SigniFi Finance Transformation program, contributing to the development, enhancement, and support of SAP BTP‑based solutions across Transact (S/4HANA), Treasury (TMS), and FlexOps platforms. This role will focus on BTP platform capabilities, lightweight extensions, and data/integration enablement, with exposure to BTP Integration Suite, Kyma runtime, and cloud‑native development. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on early‑career engineer with strong technical fundamentals, eager to grow in SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and Finance systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in software development or enterprise systems
  • Foundational knowledge of: SAP BTP or cloud platforms APIs and basic integration concepts Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Java, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to: SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite) Kyma runtime / Kubernetes / microservices Informatica IICS or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of Finance processes (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • SAP BTP Development & Platform Support Support development and enhancement of solutions on: SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite) Kyma runtime (cloud‑native services, microservices) Assist in building side‑by‑side extensions aligned with clean core and SAP‑recommended patterns Contribute to platform stability and performance by following established standards and guidance
  • Finance Platform Enablement (Transact, TMS, FlexOps) Support technical activities across: Transact (S/4HANA Finance) Treasury (TMS) FlexOps platforms Assist in enabling end‑to‑end finance processes through technical solutions Collaborate with senior engineers to implement enhancements and fixes
  • Integration & Data Support (Lightweight Focus) Assist in developing and maintaining: Basic interfaces and APIs (REST/SOAP) Data flows using BTP Integration Suite and IICS Monitor integrations and support issue resolution and troubleshooting Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems
  • Cloud & Kyma‑Based Development Support development of containerized applications and services in SAP BTP Kyma Contribute to event‑driven and API‑based architectures Assist in deploying and managing cloud‑native components This role does not include Kubernetes platform administration or cluster ownership
  • Environment & Release Support Participate in: Transport and deployment activities Testing cycles (SIT, UAT) Support environment readiness across DEV, QA, and PROD Assist in defect tracking and resolution
  • Documentation, Governance & Compliance Maintain technical documentation for BTP solutions and integrations Ensure adherence to: SDLC standards Security and access controls Support audit and compliance requirements (SOX)
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation Build skills in: SAP BTP services and architecture Cloud‑native development (Kyma, microservices) Stay updated on emerging SAP and AI‑enabled capabilities Contribute ideas to improve automation and efficiency
