Responsibilities

  • Initiate workflow processing for key transactions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support data entry, validation, and maintenance across equity and partnership systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Assist with the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc reports, providing valuable insights.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies, supporting decision-making.
  • Track deadlines and workflow status, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in administrative activities.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, dashboards, and tracking tools, facilitating efficient communication.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying administrative efficiencies.
  • Implement enhancements to existing processes, enhancing overall team efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, supporting the smooth operation of the team.
