About The Position

The company is seeking an Analyst to join their Dose Analysis team in Madison, WI. This role is focused on learning and developing skills in routine analyses, documentation, laboratory equipment usage, and data quality control. The Analyst will be responsible for understanding and adhering to applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. They will also learn to identify and report deviations, manage their workload, contribute to team cohesion, support process improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe laboratory environment. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology
• Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment
• Basic knowledge of computers and software programs

Nice To Haves

• HPLC experience
• Chromeleon Chromatography Data System experience

Responsibilities

• Learn to conduct routine analyses in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines
• Learn how to document work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records
• Learn how to use laboratory equipment appropriate for assigned tasks
• Attends and participates in project meetings
• Learn to perform QC review of data
• Learn to recognize deviations from normal results and inform Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the data
• Learn to plan assigned workload daily and effectively schedule multiple assignments
• Contribute to a cohesive team environment
• Plan individual workload in coordination with team members
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory work environment
• Learn to interact with internal clients
