About The Position

We are seeking an Analyst, Data & Software Engineering to join our rapidly growing product and engineering development team. Our company specializes in enterprise-level media measurement and optimization across various industries. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data solutions to enhance performance, stability, and scalability. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will be familiar with iterative development practices, version control systems like GitHub, and a passion for developing both conceptual and pragmatic problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail and communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to work directly with business users, understand their objectives, and learn to translate them into technical requirements. Requirements

0-1 years experience creating software.
Experience with one or more major programming object-oriented languages (Python, Java). Python preferred.
Experience working with databases using SQL.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs & develop applications that bring value to the organization.
Assess complex problems and provide well thought out options on how to resolve them.
Create distributed systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost, and simple-to-manage/use
Document and test new software solutions.
Follow current documentation templates and suggest improvements to documentation strategies.
Test systems to ensure the highest quality solutions possible.
