About The Position
This Analyst will support detailed requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and validation for workforce scheduling and time/attendance use cases across operational teams, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with workforce scheduling, time, or attendance systems.
- Exposure to call center or operations workforce environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional implementation teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed requirements for workforce scheduling and time capture.
- Support system configuration and data validation.
- Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Analyze workforce metrics and scheduling data to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with the functional team to implement improvements and ensure adoption.
