Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Construction Management, Finance or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience: Three (3) + years of experience in performing analysis, preferably in construction materials or related industry. Proven experience in complex data analysis and commercial strategy optimization
  • Business Insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals
  • Customer Focus: Building and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Collaboration: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Strategic Mindset: Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical models and analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from large data sets, summarizing in a way that is consumable for division leadership and the sales organization
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and other metrics to help sales service center and area sales managers identify the effectiveness of current sales tactics
  • Effectively utilize CRM and other sales technologies as well as data analysis tools
  • Analyze pricing structures and market trends to optimize product pricing strategies
  • Provides key data analysis as well as actionable insights and recommendations to division and corporate management in the areas of pricing and general strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry development to identify opportunities and threats
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and market positioning
  • Provides support to SSC and Divisional teams in other markets as necessary
