The Client Relations Analyst sits within the Institutional department of the Client Group and supports key areas of Institutional Sales and Client Service. This role partners with Institutional Advisors and Client Relations professionals to develop and distribute marketing and presentation content, manage meeting preparation and coordination, maintain oversight of CRM (Salesforce) data and support a range of projects to deliver outcomes on behalf of the firm’s largest clients and prospects. To be successful across all aspects of the role, the Analyst must be well organized, have strong attention to detail, and build relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
