Position Summary: This position coordinates and supports master data creations, changes and maintenance, data integrity initiatives and related business processes, ensuring total data quality for the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business related area or information systems preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO
  • Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting business processes
  • Experience with MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills Hlook up, vlookup, pivots
  • Broad understanding of SAP both from technical and functional perspective
  • A good understanding of operational and financial processes within a company
  • Experience with winshuttle
  • Strong process driven background and process improvement orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload for daily support and projects as needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with partnering with management and staff in a team based environment
  • Work independently and in cooperation with others on multiple activities, with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing priorities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where change is the norm
  • A strong customer service attitude and focus
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines in high-stress environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management skills
  • Must be energetic, polished, customer-service oriented and adaptable to ongoing change

Responsibilities

  • Creates and changes financial master data into SAP based on business requirements
  • Execute mass updates/changes
  • Enter data into test environments as needed
  • Perform data cleansing through periodic review
  • Maintain data in multiple custom tables
  • Monitor and work on relevant incidents assigned to the support queue
  • Be a trusted advisor, helping the business make better, informed decisions by presenting relevant system solution alternatives for key challenges; evaluate business and system impact of proposed changes
  • Partner with multiple business units in a service provider environment of continuous change
  • Confidently and assertively liaison with business users and management
  • Assist with development, implementation, and management of policies, processes and standards for master data to effect quality
  • Attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and contribute to improving the company
  • Excellent business process analysis: business analytical problem solving skills as well as the ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Maintain flexibility to meet changing business requirements
  • Weekend and after hour support on a as needed basis
  • Engage in other assignments as requested by management
