Services within Mastercard The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge solutions that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include predictive analytics, data visualization, security solutions and business intelligence software. The People & Capability team that supports the Services business is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the design, administration and performance analysis of some of the Sales Compensation programs for Services. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Services business, Sales Compensation and the overall People & Capability function. The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with Sales Leaders, People Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure the Sales Compensation programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively. This position reports into the Director leading the Services Sales Compensation team within the People & Capability function.
