The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the delivery of data analysis, reporting, and analytical solutions for teams focused on operations and solutions in high-volume payment environments. In this role, you will develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting that improve business visibility, operational effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders and clients. This is an individual contributor role responsible for helping align analytics, operational processes, and business objectives. You will support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators, troubleshoot complex data quality and reporting issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools. You will also help translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytical solutions that drive better operational outcomes. Working closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and end users, you will help ensure the integrity of data feeds, promote sound data quality and reporting practices, and deliver insights that support operational performance in a fast-paced payments environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in the payments industry, familiarity with operational metrics and reporting practices used in high-volume online transaction environments, and a strong analytical mindset. Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is strongly preferred.
