About The Position

The Brand Advocate Analyst is a key business partner to strategic suppliers, internal merchants, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a curious self-starter who thrives on uncovering insights and translating them into high-impact strategies. The Analyst will play a critical role in driving brand and category growth by analyzing performance data, understanding customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and business performance. In addition to developing strategic recommendations, the Analyst will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling presentations to executive-level audiences. These presentations will play a central role in aligning stakeholders, communicating insights, and driving decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. This highly collaborative role also involves coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across internal teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
  • 1 year of work experience.

  • Experience working with major consumer brands
  • Experience with Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and/or Merchandising
  • Skilled at managing multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality output and timely execution
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling data stories
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Quick learner with interest in adopting new data tools including platforms such as SQL, Tableau, and Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Partners with stakeholders to build project plans that support strategic growth and drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional partners to manage content changes, product presentation, and brand performance throughout the product's lifecycle.
  • Tracks content performance, digital asset management, assortment opportunities via regular reporting.
  • Creates and leads presentations with stakeholders to share project wins, analysis results, and to gain alignment on future opportunities.
  • Analyzes customer behavior and key performance indicators, to identify opportunities that will improve the online experience and drive conversion.
  • Provides on-site support and expertise for online product set-up, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
  • Builds system knowledge and expertise through ongoing tailored, training classes.
