Deliver accurate, compliant day-to-day administration of APi Group's U.S. health & welfare plans-serving 7,000+ U.S. teammates and contributing to the stewardship of $75M+ in annual health & wellness spend. Primary focus on billing/invoicing and reconciliations, eligibility/data audits, and leave & disability case coordination. Partner with Payroll, HRIS, external vendors, and the Sr. Benefits Analyst to maintain data integrity, resolve teammate issues, and support Annual Enrollment (planning, UAT, and post-go-live cleanup) at scale.
