Requirements

• BA/BS with a strong academic record, preferably in real estate, finance, or STEM-related field.
• 0-2 years of commercial real estate experience (internships included).
• Desire to work within a highly dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Must be comfortable working with data entry, export, and aggregation.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, CoStar, leasing metrics, and offering memorandums.
• Excellent data hygiene and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Compile and track market intel including lease comps, acquisitions/dispositions, contacts, and offering memorandums.
• Build and maintain database of assets, owners, investors, asset managers, tenants, and brokers.
• Synthesize quarterly and ad hoc market analysis and research as needed to support pursuits and business development for acquisitions, developments, and third-party services.
• Segment reports and collaborate with the team to target campaigns and client outreach.
• Provide data analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients and the executive team.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
