The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: What You Will Do Represent the fixed asset organization working with individuals at all levels across the organization. Play a critical role in the financial closing and reporting by processing transaction requests timely. Perform fixed asset disposals & capitalization requests. Set up and support charge number capital requests. Complete quarterly reconciliations to support asset balances. Support ERP, Workflow tools, and other systems required for fixed asset reporting. Contribute to ES by bringing innovative solutions within the knowledge base and work of the department. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and minimum 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, good business acumen and ability to brief levels of management
• 1+ years of experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and databases
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience with current finance and accounting systems and month end close procedures
• Experience in SAP and OneStream is a plus
