About The Position

The Fan Connect team oversees and executes regional sports partnerships on behalf of Omnicom Media clients at scale. We leverage opportunities that provide unique access to the highly engaged local sports fan to provide flexibility and highly effective exposure to “leaned in” audiences in a multitude of capacities. Our dedicated group manages the identification and execution of client strategy, negotiation across regional sports media partners, buy implementation, as well as the respective post-campaign results and client materials. This person will be an integral part of the Fan Connect team, assisting across various functions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a media or sales related role
  • Experience in sports, specifically regional sports is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrates quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Clear interest in the business of sports across all mediums
  • Extensive experience working across the Microsoft suite of products

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with inter-agency teams across Omnicom Media Group
  • Coordination with external sports media vendors and related partners
  • Oversee billing and vendor payment (system input and tracking)
  • Analysis and oversight of client deliverables and reporting
  • Budget tracking and pricing analysis in partnership with the larger Fan Connect team
  • Support the Fan Connect team members in building sales materials for clients and internal presentations
  • Partner with the Optimum Sports Research to provide regional sports insights and analysis
