Job Summary Responsible for working in the Program Management team and reviewing data and reports produced and using analysis and techniques to identify, predict Customer Program health during delivery and assurance process. Must have experience working with data from financial sources, project data, technical network data to help design requirements. Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, operations, employee, customer and/or economic data to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, predict delivery outcomes and decision-making purposes. Perform deep dive analyses to understand drivers of customer program health throughout customer life cycle , identification of customer sentiment drivers through natural language processing (NLP) of verbatim responses to Net Promotor System (NPS) surveys for existing customers by balancing business priorities with customer activity. Acts as a technical expert in own area within the organization. May work independently or as part of a team on more complex projects. Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members. May be responsible for leading a team but does not directly manage people.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Masters degree in Data analytics, Data science.
  • Must have proven experience working with financial, program delivery and technical data to drive meaningful insights.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Leads discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
  • Advises on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.
  • Analyzes large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
  • Queries disparate big data platforms such as Teradata, Databricks, GCP to create realtime dashboards for Project Monitoring.
  • Must have excellent knowledge and proven experience of Python, Tableau, Automation and data integration tools. Mus t be able to design and provide dashboard requirements and assist in fine tuning
  • Must be able to apply AI related insights to review Project outcomes, trends by product, team and systems.
  • Ability to combine sales forecast data with delivery timelines and measure success.
  • Ability to assess service delivery performance against revenue goals
  • Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.
  • Identifies key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Oversees development of forecasting models to predict project metrics and revenue attainment and other key business metrics..
  • Communicates findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decisionmakers.
  • Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
  • Stays current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and applies them to business challenges.
