Job Summary This role supports core financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support disciplined cost and investment management.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly close, forecast, and reporting cycles in partnership with Accounting and Business Operations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes for assigned cost centers or functional areas
  • Perform actuals vs. forecast/budget variance analysis, identifying key drivers and explaining results to FP&A leadership
  • Prepare and maintain standard FP&A models to support expense management, headcount tracking, and scenario analysis
  • Support Opex and Capex tracking, including budget vs. actual analysis, accrual support, and run-rate assessment
  • Develop and distribute recurring management reporting, including dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready materials
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, HR, Product) to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure forecast accuracy
  • Support headcount planning and labor expense analysis, including position reconciliation and attrition assumptions
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and leadership requests
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems, models, and reports
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A tools, templates, and reporting cadence
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
