The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is currently looking for a highly skilled Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the AN/TPY-2 Programs onsite in Woburn, MA. In this key role, you will bring your Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise to lead financial and schedule management for cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring program objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management, cost control processes, and software tools used for monitoring and reporting on project performance.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel; including lookup functions, pivot tables, macros, and queries.

Nice To Haves

  • RTX Earned Value Management Certification.
  • Prior experience as a Raytheon Cost Account Manager (CAM).
  • PMX Level 7 Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with RTX programs, processes, and tools.
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with PMX systems, including LRE ETC submissions, EV reporting, and BCR generation/approval.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments and a solid understanding of program control concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Define and understand monthly variances to Budget and EAC positions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure timely iStatus inputs and accurate Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and Tracking Book (TB) submissions.
  • Generate clear and concise Variance (VAR) reports.
  • Provide staffing inputs for Operating Working Person (OWP).
  • Support Risk and Opportunity management with CPT and Sub CPT Leadership and create Management Reserve (MR) Requests as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate charging and conduct productivity analysis.
  • Manage subcontractors as applicable.
  • Submit accurate and timely EAC inputs and generate BCRs.
  • Partner with IPTs/CPTs for initial scope baselining and other activities.
  • Communicate and support CPT Leadership on financial and scheduling questions.
  • Participate in Programmatic Meetings/Reviews (PAR, IBR, PMR, etc.).
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
