About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Office Administrator to support daily field operations and office functions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to solving problems. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch daily work orders to technicians.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication between office staff and field teams.
  • Adjust schedules as needed based on emergencies, delays, or workload.
  • Track technician availability, time, and materials used.
  • Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Support invoicing, work order entry, and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office operations.
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding scheduling and service status.
  • Handle customer concerns or escalations professionally.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with each interaction.
  • Other task as assigned
