Ammonia Refrigeration Manager
About The Position
Direct daily refrigeration maintenance operations, minimizing operational costs, and implementing key performance indicators and measurements to optimize efficiencies. Manage preventative maintenance schedules, assigning work priorities. Direct repairs of refrigeration equipment and ammonia systems. Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations. Develop team's technical systems, and predictive & preventative maintenance knowledge. Prevent and control operational downtime. All other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College or technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years leadership and management experience within a similar maintenance environment required.
- 5+ years experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, high pressure water systems and PSMs required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with technology and computers.
