About The Position

Reporting to the AML Compliance Manager - you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations and for reporting and filing required federal and state gaming forms.

Requirements

At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in an auditing role, in the casino industry or another industry heavily regulated (e.g., depository institutions, investment institutions, the health care industry, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Detail oriented; high integrity; and, quality driven
Aptitude for problem-solving
Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
You must successfully complete a background and drug screen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Adheres to and utilizes a compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements
Ensures timely retrieval, review, completion, and filing for all regulatory related forms and reports, specifically related to Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
The issue, track, and follow up on all Compliance exception reports
Maintains a working knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal gaming and anti-money laundering regulations
Comply with departmental document retention policies and procedures
Support the Company’s policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations
Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues
Conduct due-diligence investigations and suspicious activity analysis
Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues
Other duties as assigned
