Overview Be a Vital Part of Suncore Construction & Materials’ Construction Success! Looking for a hands-on role in the construction industry? Suncore is seeking motivated individuals to help us build communities by maintaining safe worksites, managing traffic, and supporting machinery operations. Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones. Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Attention and commitment to safety. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. A strong work ethic. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
