About The Position

The Partner Field Marketing Manager will lead field campaigns and partner marketing programs within the Americas. This highly visible, strategic role is responsible for supporting and enabling solution partners, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and Integrated Campaigns teams to plan and execute marketing workflows, manage MDF processes, and deliver partner‑led pipeline growth. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners to marketing programs, guiding partners through campaign selection and execution, and supporting lead‑generation efforts that result in new-logo and expansion opportunities. This role drives a broad mix of event-based, ABM, and digital campaigns, coordinated partner planning cycles, and ongoing partner communications to ensure strong pipeline production across the region.

  • PRM Platforms (Impartner) Experience using Partner Relationship Management systems, particularly Impartner, for campaign workflows, partner resources, and registration.
  • Spanish or Portuguese Language Skills Beneficial for engaging with partners across Latin America.
  • High‑Energy, Resourceful Approach Thrives in fast-moving environments; proactive in identifying solutions, addressing challenges, and supporting partner success.
  • Growth‑Stage Environment Experience Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute quickly in a scaling organization.
