We deliver the latest Microsoft 365, Windows, and Surface experiences to customers worldwide, shaping the way we go to market and driving growth through both digital and retail channels.The M365 Consumer Category Management team leads strategy, performance, and execution across the Americas, identifying performance drivers, unblocking execution, and shaping category growth through world-class insights and cross-functional partnership. As the Americas M365 Consumer Category Manager, you will run the in-cycle performance engine that drives Microsoft 365’s weekly and monthly results across the region, along with owning the Direct Channel execution for the region. This role sits at the center of the business, connecting KPIs (key performance indicators), partner inputs, and channel performance into clear insights and decisive actions that move the business within the quarter. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional leadership to monitor in-cycle performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence execution in real time — crafting the performance narrative from weekly engagements through our monthly and quarterly leadership reviews. The role requires you to synthesize complex data into sharp, executive-ready insights that guide decisions and shape short-term strategy. With deep analytical experience, advanced Excel/Power BI capability, and executive storytelling, you will drive our category’s momentum week by week. This role also owns our Direct channel performance, as well as the Outlook and Budget processes, requiring a command of forecasting models, business drivers, and financial rigor.
