Requirements

  • MBA, MA, or MS degree with 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: supply chain management, fleet management, foreign trade, trade law, finance, or business administration OR BA or BS degree with 7+ years of experience in any of the mentioned areas
  • Demonstrable leadership experience working in a supply chain fleet leadership role (ideally a service fleet) or fleet management organization
  • Ability to think critically before acting and execute effectively from planning to implementation.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • A tenacious attitude, with strong negotiation and good communication skills
  • Experience in deploying and managing telematics programs preference
  • Process, continuous improvement & project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Flexibility to deal with ambiguity in a fast changing and fast paced environment
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize total cost, renewal cycles, OEM selection, address CO2 reduction, while maintaining safety and compliance
  • Align and share best practices, leverage spend (Spend ~$80M, ~5300 vehicles), identify savings opportunities & implement to achieve P&L results
  • Define & align with Global category lead the strategy for NA and LATAM
  • Provide exceptional leadership to inspire and develop the country fleet stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive collaboration through strong communication skill to achieve goals and objectives
  • Partner with Delivery operations and support daily activities and escalation
  • Partner with stakeholders (Total Rewards, HR, EH&S, Finance) to implement a forward-thinking fleet management approach, best in class policies and practices
  • Drive change and innovation, challenge existing processes, specifications, operating models, tools and practices
  • Lead Tender with Lease Companies, OEM’s and any Fleet related suppliers. Define & Implements SLA & KPI
  • Develop and evolve a suite of reports and analytics for the fleet that supports all stakeholders including fleet database related tasks to ensure data accuracy and regular reporting
  • Support, monitor, and validate Greenhouse gas emissions reporting from across the NA & LATAM region
  • Lead or actively support strategic projects, ICE to EV strategy, fuel, and energy management, behavioral changes, car schemes, mileage capture & telematics
  • Act as a go-to person for all Fleet related escalations and provide expert advice and coaching to local teams
