The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As the Americas Finance Manager for SIBG, you will be instrumental in driving operational and financial execution across the SIBG Industrial Channel. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and across multiple geographic teams. Here, you will make an impact by: Be a business partner to the USAC and LATAM Area Channel Leaders to influence strategic decisions, initiatives, and provide financial leadership to the USAC and LATAM area teams for the Global Industrial Channel. Drive robust process in financial planning & analysis to improve business results, target attainment & accountability. Work with Key Account Leaders and other channel leaders to optimize processes and value streams for maximum value creation. Facilitate regular discussions on forecast outlook with risks and opportunity assessment, action plans with USAC and LATAM area teams on a regular basis, including but not limited to weekly and monthly forecast estimates. Accountable for global roll-up of the weekly and monthly sales estimate, operating planning and support for long-term Strategic Plan, including USAC and LATAM indirect spend planning and management. Lead financial analytics in support of quarterly estimates, financial, and business reviews. Lead Americas financial strategy for cross-sell, churn, and channel incentives, ensuring alignment with commercial excellence goals. Partner with Key Account Leaders to provide financial leadership in joint business planning with customers and annual CIP negotiations. Leverage data across multiple systems and platforms to articulate sources of growth performance & variances to plan and estimates. Connect operational actions to financial planning to drive accountability & execution. Lead USAC and LATAM Sales Incentive Planning / Sales Performance Target development, Customer Incentive Planning, and other investments to drive growth and commercial excellence. Influence area team with analyses & insight to improve cash flow, including AR DSO, and AR past due resolution. Interact with customers and channel partners to convey the value creation of our products and portfolio. Ensure that success is achieved through the utmost ethical and legal means, ensuring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Seven (7) years of finance experience working in private, public, government or military environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting deadlines
  • Solid business knowledge and acumen as well as strategic thinking mindset
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful financial insights and analysis
  • Self-starter with ability to drive change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience leading others and contributing to cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Risk management analysis skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
