About The Position

The Lead provides leadership and coordination for clinical and support staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care within the Ambulatory Treatment Center and Pain Clinic. Where you will work: Ambulatory Treatment Center and Pain Management Clinic where patients receive procedural care in a safe and efficient environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse treatments and procedures that do not require overnight hospitalization

Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 5 year of experience in critical care or procedural care nursing.
  • Strong IV skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and promote team collaboration.
  • Clinical expertise in surgical services and patient care processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference experience in procedural care, ICU, L&D or ED
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred
  • BSN completion

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily workflow and allocate resources to support procedures and maintain smooth patient flow.
  • Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care when needed, including patient assessment, care planning, and outcome evaluation.
  • Foster a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment through daily rounding and communication with patients, families, and staff.
  • Serve as a resource for employees by providing training, guidance, and performance input; assist with interviewing and onboarding.
  • Manage staffing schedules, monitor productivity, and adjust assignments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; monitor quality of care.
  • Support budget planning and maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with management on program development, vendor coordination, and product trials.
  • Demonstrate age-specific care competencies and adhere to departmental standards.
