Ambulatory Pharmacist Clinical - Anticoagulation
About The Position
Clinical Pharmacist, Ambulatory Care to support Trinity Health Anticoagulation Clinic (approximately 1 day/week). PharmD and PGY-1 required (or equivalent experience). PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care and/or 3-5 year's experience in ambulatory care strongly preferred.
